The General Manager (GM) of Fulham Palace is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of a venue, ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently. The role involves managing the café in line with the Retail Operations Managers strategy and expectations, coordinating events, optimizing the venue’s resources, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests, and ensuring the venue operates to achieve the event sales and café budget, whilst following the protocols and policies set out by Fulham Palace.
The GM plays a key role in promoting the overall success of the venue; ensuring compliance with all Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and nurturing and developing strong client relationships. Your strategic leadership will drive sales growth, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the venue.
