Job description

The Apprenticeship Experience

Embark on an enriching 18–24-month journey as an apprentice, where training unfolds at either one of the academies, regional hubs or In-salon (dependant on location). Upon completion of the program, apprentices achieve a Hair Professional Standard Level 2 accreditation.

Schedule: Work a full 40-hour week, across 5 days (Monday-Sunday).

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as a brand ambassador for TONI&GUY, ensuring every client receives an authentic, relaxing, and top-tier experience.

• Enhance client satisfaction by delivering professional and soothing shampoo treatments.

• Extend warm hospitality to all clients, offering and providing refreshments as needed.

• Maintain the impeccable presentation of the salon at all times.
