How can I post a job on Hammersmith Jobs?

If you’re ready to promote your job to candidates in and around Hammersmith and West London, it’s easy to get started. Simply click on the ‘Post a job’ button at the top of any page, choose whether you would like a standard or premium job listing, and then follow the instructions to purchase your listing.

Once you have purchased your listing, you can either complete a form with all the details of your listing, send us a URL to the job listing elsewhere, or email us a Word document with your full job description.

Do you offer a newsletter-only listing option?

Yes. If you’d like to include a link to your online job listing in our weekly email newsletter to jobseekers in West London, you can do so when posting a job. Simply choose the ‘Newsletter listing only’ option and you’ll be prompted to share a few details for the listing. We will then include your job listing in our next email newsletter to local jobseekers.

How long will it take for my job posting to appear on Hammersmith Jobs?

Once we have received the full details of your job listing, we will review the listing, check any details and aim to publish your listing on the site as soon as possible – usually within one working day.

What happens if I need to end a listing early?

If you’ve been overwhelmed with great candidates and need to end your listing early – congratulations! That’s no problem at all. Please send us an email and we’ll mark your listing as expired.

I work for a recruitment agency – can we advertise our roles in Hammersmith and West London?

Yes, absolutely. We’re here to help you find great candidates as you recruit to fill roles in West London. If you only have occasional roles to promote, you can add a single post whenever needed, but if you’re likely to have a regular stream of jobs to post, please get in touch about arranging a package.

I don’t have a company card – is there another way to pay for my job listing?

If you can’t pay for your listing using a debit or credit card, then please email us on hello@hammersmithjobs.co.uk to arrange to pay via bank transfer. If you do so, the listing will need to have been paid for in full before we publish it on the website.
