Senior Account Manager, Hospitality, Football Events  

Ensuring clients have a seamless customer journey from beginning to end. 

Location: Greater London (1 Day a week at Fulham FC’s Fulham Green Office) 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities 

  • A dual role where your time will be split equally between Fulham FC and the Football Events’ Hospitality Agency, ensuring clients have a seamless customer journey from beginning to end, including tickets,  hospitality events and where required guest experiences, accommodation, travel services, and Operations. 
  • Ensuring the smooth running and delivery of sales and hospitality packages, managing the Guest Experience team member(s) to ensure an effective onboarding process for clients 
  • Ensure that there are clearly defined and managed processes in place to manage daily relations with the organization's customers (calls, emails, meetings, etc.) as well as with the various suppliers and internal services. 
  • Working closely with the Account Manager and Senior Director, Guest Experiences to ensure key clients have the best experience and flexible/adaptable packages  
  • Supporting Senior Director, Guest Experiences in developing and implementing account management strategies across all properties 
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders internally, on the client side and with any relevant third parties 
  • Ensuring delivery of high-end services and experiences as well as building client relationships 
  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job. 

 

Unusual Challenges or Circumstances   e.g. shift(s)/ unsocial hours/ travel etc 

  • Some weekends and evenings working at events.  

 

Person Specification 

 

Knowledge and Experience 

  • Significant experience in a similar role 
  • Experience of clients at a senior level.  
  • Experience of working at major events 
  • Experience of maintaining a database. 
  • Experience of reporting and evaluation.  

 

Skills and Abilities 

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and experiences 
  • Ability to understand the principles of effective customer relationship management.  
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.  
  • Meticulous attention to detail and able to manage your priorities in line with the business needs.

Working Conditions:  

  • Regular weekend work where you may be required to travel to events in line with the industry or wider IMG Events portfolio 
  • Outside of event travel, there will be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the role (UK and Ireland). 
  • Office-based role between Chiswick Park, London and client sites
