What You’ll Do:

In 2012, our team had an idea. What if you could watch live sport on a plane or while you were on a cruise?

It’s this kind of spirit that makes IMG unique and led to the birth of our channel – Sport 24.

We create stadiums in the sky, and at sea, by delivering premium live sport from around the world to passengers globally. Sport 24 and its sister channel Sport 24 Extra, allow fans to watch the sport they love whilst cruising at 40,000ft or in the middle of the ocean. 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week we broadcast the best live sports from across the globe including Premier League, UEFA Champions League, ICC Cricket, World Rugby, ATP Masters, NBA, NFL, Wimbledon and the US Open.

We are looking for a Sales Executive to work closely with the Commercial Manager and Commercial Director to develop and grow the Inflight/Inship programming business across Sport, TV and Film.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • This is a permanent role based at our Chiswick, London office.
  • May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for Inflight Programming sales across Sport, TV & Film, ensuring all contractual deliverables are met including but not limited to, orders, press materials and programme scripts.
  • Negotiate output and ad hoc deals with all major airlines and content service providers worldwide with the support of the Commercial Manager and Senior Commercial Manager
  • Build, customized presentations that support pitch and sale efforts to airlines and service companies
  • Prepare and manage all sales activity including contracts, purchase orders and both internal and external invoices
  • Identify, research and target potential new business opportunities
  • Build strong working relationships and maintain ongoing communication with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Production, etc) to ensure client goals are being met and to maintain a superior level of client service during the execution of deals
  • Create marketing materials for airlines and service companies
  • Support the relationship between the Inflight team and its partners, including Producers & Federations (FIFA, UEFA, NFL, NBA, Premier League & IOC) by reporting on sales and managing existing rights
  • Support the Commercial Manager & Vice President with the relationship between the IMG inflight sales team and external Film Sales Agents; including reporting on sales and delivery of content.
  • Attend and travel to Inflight Trade Shows, preparing pitches and presentations for Inflight customers
  • Assist the Commercial and Finance Teams in projecting year-on-year gross sales and net profit.
  • Assist the Sport 24 team with any Inflight Commercial Tasks or research required
  • Other duties that are within the scope of the role may be required.
