Job description
What you will be doing:
Chiswick Honda is the flagship dealership for Honda UK, and we are looking to develop our team of experienced sales executives. If you are looking to build or develop your sales career further, then get in touch to hear more about the opportunity.
Achieve set targets and sales objectives, and accomplish maximum profitability from vehicle and accessory sales.
Chasing up on the progress on sold orders and using the database for customer follow-ups to maximise sales
To appraise, verify and negotiate the purchase of part-exchange vehicles
Ensure all relevant technical, product, legal and promotional information is obtained and understood
Ensuring customer satisfaction is a main priority, to ensure our CSI levels are maintained
What we need from you:
A full manual driving licence (essential)
Automotive Sales experience
Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone, with the ability to listen, understand and interpret customer needs
Motivation and determination to meet and exceed set minimum standards
Proficient IT skills, including MS Office Packages
