Resource & Production Coordinator

THE ROLE
Based out of our Production Centre White City you will be part of a new production resource team, reporting into the General Manager. Your role will involve helping build processes around resource management for the facility focusing on one of Gravity Media’s biggest client deliveries, ATP Media. Working in a team that will grow with the facility you will be an integral part of the development of the facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Working across all Production Centre resourcing, with a focus on the ATP media contract for their UK hub.
· Prime focus will be booking freelancer crew across the facility where we are unable to cover with staff. This will entail reviewing resumes and ensuring all new freelancers are onboarded with crew forms, invoicing details, contracts, risk assessments and release forms. Then updating crew booked on scheduling software.
· Management of freelancer database.
· Delivering all administrative requirements when needed. E.g., Creating call sheets, Risk Assessments, Contracts, Release forms and raising purchase orders.
· At times, being the responsible person in the office whilst staff or clients are working on site providing support that may be necessary.
· Working with the Production Resource Manager in forecasting and ensuring running budgets are always up to date. Managing billing and VOs where necessary.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To enable you to perform this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following as a minimum:
· At least 2 years in a role within broadcast
· First class organisational skills
· Advanced Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) SharePoint
· Excellent communication skills – must be confident in dealing with a variety of people inside and outside the business
· Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills
· Able to work well within a team and use own initiative
· Flexibility (some out of hours working may be required & weekend work)
Desirable experiences also include:
· Experience with a business management system
