Due to recent portfolio growth and strong pipeline of new business, we are seeking a Property Manager to join our vibrant team and play a pivotal role in overseeing property management operations while enjoying a host of exciting benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help us achieve our goal of being the best property management firm in the country.
• Efficiently manage clients' day-to-day issues in alignment with industry best practices.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks, ensuring work is carried out to high standards.
• Organise site inspections and assist in setting service charge budgets.
• Keep clients and customers updated on progress at their buildings and manage relationships with various stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Preferred: ATPI accreditation (Associate of The Property Institute).

• Essential: Proven professional experience in property management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety requirements, the Building Safety Act and cladding issues.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex properties and using block management software.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines, independently, and with strong organisational skills.


Person Specification:

• Positive attitude, team player, and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in ICT packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Commitment to customer care and problem-solving with a pragmatic approach.

Salary Range: £35,000 -£45,000 +/- DOE
