As the Market Access Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting the development and execution of market access solutions to meet clientsβ requirements regarding early access programmes and commercialisation of product portfolio. The successful candidate will assist in various market access activities, working collaboratively with all departments within WEP Clinical to implement and manage existing and future client programmes.
What You'll Do:
- Management of the Market Access programme infrastructure, managing, and tracking of confidential documents, and maintaining various databases of market access information.
- Supporting on research and analytics for MAx requirements, client programmes and business intelligence.
- Collaborating with the Maxx team to drive business development in Rare, Oncology and ATMPS, to meet the business growth and MAx targets.
- Preparing meeting materials, including agendas, reports, language translations and presentations as well as meeting minutes for dissemination to the relevant stakeholders.
- Assisting in the tracking of project timelines, KPIβs, budgets and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide organisational support for new client project set up & kick off meetings including Confidentiality agreements.
- Provide support to the MA team in terms of budget management and external vendor contract management.
- Facilitate client communications by responding to inquiries, providing necessary information, and ensuring clear, timely and effective correspondence between the Market Access team and clients.
- Develop materials for the MAx target outreach campaigns and other media campaigns.
- Drive targeted outreach for Business Development, collaborating with the MAx team to focus on Rare, Oncology and ATMPs, aligned to the Business growth and MAx business targets.
- Responsible for the development of client proposals, Scope of Work, and budget management for each client programme.
- Drive the WEP Market Access objectives with respect to Business, Team, and Self.
What You'll Need:
- A Bachelor or similar business degree
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Medical or Research Report writing experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
