Creating records via our contract management system (Legal Online)
Sending Contracts for electronic esign and arranging wet signature process
Diary Management - including setting up Video Conferences and booking Meeting Rooms
Creating Reports for the Business re contract status for their events
Word processing and comparison exercises for senior lawyers
Processing Expenses for the senior lawyers
Arranging Couriers and Notaries
Book Breakfast/Lunches for Legal Department Meetings
Compile Matters List for the Legal Team
Booking Travel (flights and arranging visas if applicable)
Help with social activities
Point of contact for all team enquiries
General administrative support
May also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job

Working Conditions:
12 month Fixed Term Contract, London Chiswick Park
Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
Being available after working hours should urgent assistance be required
You Have These:
Educated to A level standard or equivalent.
Must have undertaken similar roles before.
Strong administrative experience.
Previous experience of handling confidential information before while exercising discretion.
Organisational skills that enable the individual to prioritise a varied workload. Priorities will often change to dictate focus of work – the candidate must have the ability to handle competing demands and last-minute changes effectively.
Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and prioritise
Excellent oral and written communication skills - There will be regular contact with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Calm and professional manner when working under pressure
Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Positive, professional, proactive, diligent and flexible approach to work.
