About the role and the Team:
The Facilities & Office Coordinator will join a seamless team reporting to the Office and Facilities Manager. The team focus on efficiency, safety and attention to detail. We achieve this through a holistic mind set, focused determination to see something through and constantly engaging with stakeholders and peers to achieve success
What will you be doing?
Overseeing UK travel admin with supplier and stakeholders
Post Room – Couriers, Royal Mail etc
Health & Safety admin across the offices
Team cover
Facilities Administration
What we are looking for:
Previous administration and people facing role experience
Competent MS Office skills
Attention to detail
Team player / collaborator
