Job description

This role will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to L&W iGaming and its leadership. This role will seek to make improvements to business process to ensure all day-to-day activities of the executive team, in particular the CEO, run smoothly.  

This role will require you to be in the Chiswick office 4 days a week 

Duties and responsibilities of the role include: 

  • Maximise the CEO’s time efficiently by providing 1:1 business and administration support. This includes strategically and proactively managing very complex and ever-changing calendars of meetings, conference calls, interviews, appointments, across numerous time zones and different office locations.  

  • Assist with the planning and co-ordination of global multi-point travel, creating itineraries, arranging visas and scheduling transfers. 

  • Training and management of the Junior Personal Assistant. 

  • Develop a strong working relationship with senior leadership, thinking ahead, handling priorities, anticipating needs and future challenges, proposing solutions to enable effective decision-making 

  • Develop an understanding of the key stakeholders, internally and externally. Build and maintain effective working relationships across the whole organisation 

  • Oversee daily operations in collaboration with the Leadership teams. Key role in the leadership of individual L&W iGaming projects and initiatives, at the direction of the CEO.   

  • Keep the CEO and Leadership team accountable to their KPIs and on-track in deliverables by ensuring time is allocated to the most important priorities. 

  • Support and guide the company culture and values working in conjunction with CEO, SVP People, COO, and Internal comms manager.  

  • Understand and suggest improvements to L&W iGaming processes to unlock new value and productivity in addition to managing current processes.  

  • Planning and co-ordination of events such as quarterly leadership summits, company socials, offsites in addition to external customer events in the form of customer entertainment. 

  • Successfully build and run cadence for board meetings, including material creation, agendas, minute, and action taking and follow-up of actions consistently keeping Leadership and projects on track. 

  • Assist with Operations/HR/Marketing projects as needed.  

  • Prepare and handle confidential and high priority communications, data reports and files. 

Qualifications

Skills & Experience required

  • 5 years + Executive Assistant experience supporting C suite

  • Experience working in a global organization over multiple time zones

  • A passion for building company cultures

  • Can handle pressurised situations and tight deadlines with ease

  • Can do, proactive approach
