The Role and What You’ll Do:

The Coordinator, Total Rewards, will be part of the Total Rewards team based in the UK looking after compensation, benefits & wellness for our EMEA & APAC offices.

UK Benefits & Wellness

  • Assist with UK benefits – monthly invoices, regular audits, monthly uploads and reports with providers, and benefit related payroll checks
  • Maintain employee and benefit information on UK benefits platform (Darwin)
  • Assist daily UK benefits queries and manage benefits inbox / WorkDay helpdesk queries
  • Assist with Events planning: Annual Wellness Calendar, Monthly Events, Roadshow and all tasks linked such as booking meeting rooms, inform and liaise with office managers and relevant points of contact, assist with logistics on the day such as accompanying visitors, ensuring rooms are setup and ready etc… Issue benefit and wellness communications when required

 

International Benefits

  • Assist the team with international benefits activities and communications when requested and update one page benefits sheets following any benefit changes 

 

 Compensation

  • Compiling reports for annual compensation survey participations for EMEA & APAC
  • Support with global compensation projects when requested

 

Projects and Administration

  • Administration for wider team including meeting coordination, filing, electronic archiving, ad hoc admin, running reports, formatting documents and presentations, checking and opening post addressed to benefits
  • Support on M&A projects when requested

  

You Have These: 

  • Previous experience of working in either a HR or Total Rewards team
  • High IT competency; knowledge and experience of all Microsoft Office programmes, specifically Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
  • Strong team player and self-starter
  • Creative and flexible
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Trustworthy, professional and reliable

 

We’d Love If You Also Have These: 

  • Experience working in an International Company
  • Previous experience of administering UK benefits processes

 

Working Conditions: 

  • FTC Position, 12 months – Chiswick, London
  • Working hours are: 35 hours per week
  • Working days are: Monday – Friday 9-5
