We're looking for passionate individuals to join our talented team of approx. 300 AnyVanners in our London and Cape Town offices. Joining our small pricing team, this analytical role offers a high degree of ownership in a fast-growing marketplace with complex supply and demand dynamics.

You'll be making quick, data-driven decisions and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to implement and optimise pricing strategies across multiple countries and products.

What you'll be doing:

  • Pricing Analytics & Strategy: Deep-dive into pricing performance, identify actionable trends, recommend strategies and manage their implementation. Influence broader business strategy through data-driven storytelling.
  • Experimentation: Lead AB-test design, execution, and performance measurement, ensuring robust statistical and business interpretations.
  • Price Merchandising & Personalised Pricing: Design and lead price merchandising initiatives, promo & discounts strategies, and personalised pricing models.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Operations, Product and C-Suite teams, translating business questions into analytical frameworks, managing expectations, and clearly communicating insights.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in pricing, business, or data analytics roles. Ideally in a two-sided marketplace, logistics, or e-commerce environment.
  • Prior experience with pricing optimisation, personalised pricing strategies, promotions, or revenue management.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques, although deep data science expertise is not required.
  • Advanced and proven hands on experience with SQL, Google Sheets and Python
  • Proven experience designing, executing, and analysing AB-tests, with a track record of driving meaningful business impact.
  • Understanding of marketplace dynamics, pricing theory, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills, you are articulate and can explain complex subjects in simple terms.
  • Collaborative and influential, you can gain buy-in from, and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across technology and business operations.
  • A strong bias to action with the ability to work at pace and deliver results 
  • As part of our small team, you’ll need a hands-on, can-do attitude. You’re someone who’s self-motivated and knows how to drive results.

  • Currently living in a commutable distance to our offices in Hammersmith and happy to be based onsite at least 3 days a week.   Please note we are not looking to offer visa sponsorship for this role at the moment.
