The Company Founded in 2001 and based in Hammersmith, Outsourced Events Ltd is a multi-award winning end-to-end event management provider. Specialising in the IT and professional services industries, as well as the Association and not-for-profit sectors, the team works globally for more than 50 clients, managing over 250 events annually. Our projects focus on conferences, exhibitions and roadshows targeting decision makers within large organisations or membership bodies. Our goal is to integrate so seamlessly with our clients’ business needs and processes that we become an extension of their team.
The Team You will play a significant role in an expanding organisation, joining a growing team of 41, all of whom bring extensive experience and knowledge in event management. The team takes great pride in delivering the highest quality service to clients, and these relationships are key to the ongoing growth of Outsourced Events. Your profile
The Role Key responsibilities
Take on the full operational delivery of multiple events, working with the Event Manager to develop the operational project plan covering all processes from concept to planning and delivery
Lead all operational event elements, including venue research & management, on-site branding and A/V management, food and beverage menu selection, ambassador planning, registration and post-event reporting back to the client. Projects may include events and tradeshows for large brands within the technology sector and annual conferences for associations
Support the Event Manager and wider accounts team in building an initial budget estimate, and track and manage all supplier costs within the established budget throughout the programme
Communicate effectively with the team, driving projects forward, ensuring all team members are kept up to date on progress
Deliver an exceptional onsite experience for all attendees by being an enthusiastic team member where nothing is too much trouble.

Key qualities required:
Minimum 3 years of proven event experience
Exceptional organisation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
Experience of working across multiple projects with varying deadlines
Great understanding of all Microsoft Office packages including PowerPoint and Excel
The desire to learn new skills and take full ownership of your role
Ability to travel overseas for site visits and onsite event attendance
Fluency in another language is beneficial but not essential
