Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored one-on-one and group support to students with complex needs, ensuring they can engage fully with the curriculum.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly those with ASD or complex learning challenges.
  • A proactive, creative, and empathetic approach to supporting students, with the ability to tailor strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
  • Ability to foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for students.
  • Enhanced DBS check and legal right to work in the UK.
