Our CEO, Angus spotted that many vans on the roads are half full or empty at any given time and so AnyVan was born in 2009 to create the world's most efficient technology logistics platform and help halve the number of miles driven.

We're looking for passionate individuals to join our talented team of approx. 300 AnyVanners in our London and Cape Town offices. We’re not just looking for anyone — we want people who are driven, love a challenge, and are excited to grow with us. You’ll get all the training and tools you need to stay on top and help our customers in the best way possible.

  • Talk to customers all over Spain who need to move big stuff (like full house moves or large items) and showing them how AnyVan can help
  • Build relationships, upsell, and close deals by making sure customers see the value in what AnyVan offers
  • Manage your leads and hitting your targets for calls, conversions, and revenue every week and month.
  • Working with your manager to tweak and improve sales strategies.
  • Sharing customer feedback and market insights to help us improve our services.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Fluency in the Spanish language
  • A passion for sales and some experience in a customer facing role
  • Call centre experience is advantageous
  • A proven track record of closing deals and hitting your targets
  • The ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone
  • Great active listening skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilience and a positive attitude
  • Super organised with an eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken (Spanish and English)
  • A proactive attitude and a history of getting things done at a fast pace
  • The ability to get to our offices in Hammersmith

Ways of Working:

We’re big fans of in-person collaboration and the connections that come from being together.  That’s why all of our roles need you to be in the office regularly. But we do offer hybrid working where possible. In this situation, we ask for a minimum of 3 days a week in the office, and we all meet up every Thursday as a company.  This could change depending on what the business needs at the time.
