Your Mission?

Business Development: Identify and engage with strategic clients, negotiate, and build strong partnerships.

Recruitment & Sourcing: Understand client needs and find the best talent, using modern tools to identify and assess candidates.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience as a 360° Recruitment Consultant
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  
• Strong results orientation and team spirit
