The role
Partner with Senior Recruitment Managers / Recruitment Managers with HRBP’s, Hiring Managers and R&D colleagues to deliver a proactive, best in class, efficient, end to end recruitment service to meet business needs & ensure the identification and attraction of diverse & quality candidates.
Key responsibilities
· Optimise the ATS to continuously improve the resourcing process.
· Understand the vacancy requirements.
· Advise on the best route to market.
· Source from a wide variety of inclusive routes to market and provide a diverse shortlist
· Support effective campaigns to identify candidates & raise awareness of the brand in key areas of the business.
· Support on designing the selection process exercises & score sheets
· Creating interview scripts against the skills, knowledge & experience & company values/behaviours.
· Utilise the existing selection tools available.
· Reject, Feedback, Offer and Secure candidates.
· Stay in close contact with offered candidates until they join the business, working closely with the induction team and hiring managers to ensure a great start.
