Hybrid working - Usually 2 days per week in the London office (with potential occasional travel to our other sites in Leeds & Manchester as required)

The team
We are recruiting for a Portfolio Management Officer (PMO) to join our Transformation Management Office; this is a small, high-performing team with responsibility for delivering key transformation programmes for ITV, on behalf of the Management Board. We work with teams from all across ITV, driving the delivery of programmes and making sure we’re prioritising the people side too.
This role will focus on supporting the delivery of programmes impacting ITV’s group functions and the ITV Studios division.
The PMO is responsible for supporting the programme management function by tracking the portfolio's progress, monitoring KPIs, ensuring programme documentation is up to date, and providing administrative support. Reporting to the PMO Lead (M&E), the PMO will also work closely with programme directors and workstream leads. They will support the wider transformation team to ensure the portfolio is delivered on time, within budget, and delivering business value.
Key responsibilities:
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
· Great communicator with an ability to build and influence relationships
· Can work as a team as well ability to work independently, takes initiatives
· Excellent attention to detail
· Proficient in Google suite
· Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and can manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively
· Experience with project management tools and softwares (e.g. smartsheet)
· Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
