About the role:

We are a seeking a people-focused General Manager that will be responsible for leading and motivating their team in our brand new Chiswick showroom, opening Summer 2025. You will need to bring your passion, drive and inspiration to ensure the showroom targets are met, whilst consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Be the inspirational leader of the showroom team, ensuring all Wren customers enjoy a first-class experience 
  • Recruit and develop incredible people who will become integral to the showroom’s success 
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed year-on-year showroom targets whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction 
 
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

  • Significant experience gained in a big-ticket retail environment with £multi-million targets
