The 4C Group is offering a unique opportunity to join the team as an ERP Finance Systems Administrator – to achieve optimisation of system usage across the group brands.

Role Summary

The ERP Finance Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s ERP finance system, primarily Certinia (formerly FinancialForce). This role ensures smooth system operations, supports finance users, and drives system enhancements to align with business needs.

Role & Responsibilities

• System Maintenance: Perform regular updates, troubleshooting, and system integrity checks.
• Configuration & Customization: Configure Certinia to meet financial process needs and implement workflow automations.
• User Support: Setting up user roles and permissions, provide support and training to finance users; manage system security.
• Data Management & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy, develop reports, and create dashboards for financial analysis.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with finance and IT to enhance system functionality and automate processes.
• Compliance & Security: Maintain data security and support compliance with internal policies and regulations.

What We’re Looking For!

Communication skills: Ability to interact and collaborate with finance stakeholders, gather requirements and providing training and guides

System improvement experience: Demonstrable track record of finance or ERP systems improvement and implementation

ERP and Financial Management: Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting

Technical Skills:

• Salesforce Platform knowledge and having 2+ years Certinia (other systems such as Netsuite, Oracle, Dynamics, Xero) experience is desirable
• Proficiency in Apex is essential and Salesforce Lightning knowledge will be beneficial for customisation
• Intermediate to Advance Excel and Power BI will be beneficial
