We are seeking a Pickles Host to provide an unparalleled experience to our customers and their pets at our veterinary practice on Fulham High Street.


You will be the warm and welcoming face that our members and their pets see as they arrive at Pickles. Your job is to engage members, make them welcome, and provide a delightful experience for them and their pets, as well as digital support.


We’re the vet your pet would choose, so a love of dogs and cats, big and small is essential.


You should be a natural extrovert, friendly and engaging and able to make people and animals feel at ease.


The role is permanent.

Your experience:


We welcome new colleagues to this role from any background however a passion in delivering outstanding support and experiences is what you are all about. You are client centric with a natural ability, flair and style when engaging and communicating with clients.


This is a non clinical role however a love for providing cuddles to our visiting dogs and cats is a must. Having confidence in using technology, being organised with a keen eye for detail will help you go far. Experience from within the veterinary industry is not required and all training and support will be provided.
