The team
ITV Creative is the in-house agency for ITV, sitting within the Marketing function, responsible for delivering 360 campaigns to promote ITVX and ITV content, as well as the entire ITV brand portfolio.
ITV Creative Commercial is a team of Campaign Managers, Creatives and Producers, plugged into our wider ITV Creative team, dedicated to bringing commercial brands into ITV’s world. We bring all of our ITV brand knowledge to commercial briefs, working hand-in-hand with our colleagues in ITV Commercial and in particular BE Studio, to help drive commercial success through the creative development and delivery of Branded Entertainment. We work with many of the UK’s biggest brands and their agencies to unlock creative opportunities and media-firsts across our network.
The role
The Campaign Management Lead is a senior role within our Creative Commercial team, responsible for not only managing the Campaign Management team to drive excellence in creative development and campaign delivery, but also overseeing the operational and strategic direction of the Creative Commercial team as a whole. You’ll work with a number of stakeholders across the business, as well as agencies and brands from across the media and advertising industry, to drive commercial revenue for ITV through the proposal and delivery of Branded Entertainment, driving our reputation as a destination for award-winning and effective commercial creative.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead an ambitious team that has grown from strength to strength in the last 6 years, producing high quality creative at scale for many of the UK’s biggest brands, whilst retaining an agile and collaborative approach. You’ll quickly build strong relationships based on leadership and trust, fostering an environment of collaboration and passionately driving the creative agenda whilst being the go-to escalation point for the team and all its stakeholders. We’re looking for an individual with extensive background in advertising, commercial or broadcast agency account / campaign management, to drive the team forward for the next 12 months.
