Assistant Production Manager
Location : Fulham
Product Area: Men’s/women’s Tailoring
Salary to £55k depending on experience + Bens + one day hybrid
Due to a growth in business and some restructure we have a clothing manufacturing client who produce nearly 500,000 garments yearly who looking for a well versed and focussed Assistant Production Manager to work under a Production Manager helping managing a good size team of over 10 people , be involved in Factory liaison, building relationships, managing the team’s performance and developing them.
You will have access to the senior management team so things will get done quickly (it’s what’s best for this business always)
MUST HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED
We are looking for a production manager or a assistant who has a very very good understanding of the fashion supply world (ideally tailoring) , been recently working in the industry , and has been managing good size teams (over 5) for at least 3 or 4 years
Management ability to do assessments, reviews and identify training when needed
Knowledge of Factory relationship building, price negotiations, happy to travel Europe wide
Passionate, focussed, somebody who gets deadlines and knows it’s about getting the job done
First class communication skills (written and verbal)
IT Literate
Due to the nature if the business the candidate must be London based and eligible to work in the UK long term
