We're looking for passionate individuals to join our talented team of approx. 300 AnyVanners in our London and Cape Town offices. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact role, supporting the growth of our Affiliate & Partnerships Program across the Spain key international markets.
As our Affiliate and Partnerships Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of the affiliate and partnerships program, helping onboard new partners, track performance, coordinate campaigns, and ensure all activity runs smoothly across platforms and markets.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for digital marketing and commercial growth.
This role is ideal for a results-driven, detail-oriented professional seeking hands-on experience in performance marketing and strategic partnerships within a fast-growing, dynamic company.
What you'll be doing:
- Help bring the affiliate and partnership strategy to life, making sure it supports and aligns with our wider business goals.
- Support the search, recruitment, and onboarding of new affiliates and partners in key markets—helping to build strong, long-term relationships along the way.
- Monitor key performance metrics, pull together regular reports, and share ideas to boost efficiency and tackle any areas of underperformance.
- Play a part in hitting revenue targets by supporting commercial negotiations and helping put together media packages that boost visibility and drive growth.
- Help keep the affiliate and partnerships roadmap up to date, making sure it lines up with the overall marketing calendar and supports campaigns and messaging.
- Take care of the day-to-day running of affiliate platforms, agencies, and tech partners—working to get the best performance and return on investment.
- Work closely with teams across Marketing, Tech, Data, Brand, and Creative to make sure affiliate and partner efforts tie into the bigger picture.
- Stay in the loop on industry trends, new tech, and up-and-coming publishers. Be ready to attend networking events and partner meetups to build stronger relationships and grow our reach.
- Be open to travel when needed—visiting partners and retail sites to strengthen collaboration, check out brand presence, and spot new growth opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Some experience in a similar role in a fast paced, consumer environment. Bonus points if you've worked in a scale up or market place.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written/spoken)
- A developing a strong commercial mindset and are genuinely curious about how affiliate and partnership activity drives growth and supports overall business performance.
- Comfortable working with data, spotting performance trends, and supporting reporting and analysis with a bit of guidance.
- Confident communication skills, with a friendly, professional approach—great at building relationships with affiliates, partners, and teams across the business.
- Super organised and dependable, you know how to manage your tasks, stick to deadlines, and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
- A true team player—keen to work cross-functionally and excited to see how affiliate marketing fits into the bigger marketing picture.
- A genuine interest in commercial partnerships and deal structures, and you’re ready to roll up your sleeves to support more senior team members during negotiations and onboarding.
- Passionate about affiliate marketing and digital partnerships, you're always curious to learn more and stay up to date with trends and tools in the space.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a problem-solving mindset, ready to take on new challenges and grow in the role.
- A basic handle on Excel and PowerPoint, and can confidently support with reporting, tracking, and pulling together presentations.
- A bias to action and the capability to deliver good work quickly.
- The ability to commute to our offices in Hammersmith at least 3 days a week.
